Blue and White Mokume Gane

I am so excited about these earrings! I have been practicing this technique behind the scenes and I am so thrilled with how these earrings turned out. Layers of blue and white clay were thinly layered and pressed with a floral texture. After scraping back some of the layers these beautiful patterns emerged. Each piece is unique and due to the handmade nature of these earrings, each pair will contain variations. Style 1 measures 2.3 inches long by 2.6 inches wide. Style 2 measures 2.2 inches long by 1.1 inches wide. Style 3 measures 2.2 inches long by .75 inches wide. Style 4 measures 1.4 inches long by .3 inches wide. Style 5 measures .8 inches long by .7 inches wide. Style 6 measures 1.25 inches long by .5 inch wide.
